Mint Property Group of Royal LePage Kelowna is headed up by long-time Kelowna resident Jordan Tetreau.

Over the years Mint has specialized in working with buyers, sellers and developers of premium lakefront resort properties. By focusing on a select few communities such as The Cove Lakeside Resort and Barona Beach Resort in West Kelowna, BC, as well as The Outback Lakefront Resort in Vernon, BC we quickly became the trusted experts for these types of properties.

Our specialized knowledge and caring attitudes helped us to built strong relationships with buyers and sellers, which has resulted in the majority of our new business being comprised of past clients and others referred to us by past clients. By assisting in an exceptionally high number of resort property transactions we became experts at working with out of town buyers and sellers which has formed the foundation of our business.

As our roster of clients grew over the years so too did our reach.

For the past few years we have expanded our focus to include working with buyers and sellers of residential single family and strata properties throughout the Okanagan.
